Using Colloidal Silver to Keep Up My Energy, Part II
Friday, March 19th, 2010In the last post I talked about my decision to replace coffee with good old-fashioned exercise and healthy diet. I was drinking way too much coffee on a daily basis and the caffeine was simply not keeping up with my lifestyle. I was out of energy and feeling worn out and tired all the time. It was time to make a change and that’s what I did by embarking on an exercise campaign and diet plan. It was someone I met while working out that pointed me in the direction of colloidal silver - something that she had been using for years. She absolutely swore by colloidal silver and its ability to keep her feeling young, healthy and strong; who was I to argue? My grandmother, however, really sealed the deal when she told me that colloidal silver was something that everyone used in her day; something that the doctors all prescribed to people no matter what their illness.
I began taking colloidal silver and haven’t looked back even one day since. Working out has been amazing and has really gone a long way towards helping me maintain a high energy level; but colloidal silver has been a great complement to this program. I almost never get sick and when I do feel under the weather it just seems to go away quickly on its own. I feel like I’ve finally taken the right steps to make my health a priority and while I’ll always love coffee for the taste I don’t need to rely on it quite so heavily for the caffeine fix.
