The cold and flu season often garners many trips to the pharmacy to find the over the counter medications - and of course fill the prescription drugs - that will help us combat our illness. After some time you begin to realize how much time and money you spend fighting off sickness. The expression “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” certainly fits in this case.
