Counting Down with Colloidal Silver, Part II
In the last post I talked about my upcoming 20 year high school reunion and about how such an event had spurred me to take action with regard to my health. Of course I wanted to look and feel my best at such an occasion but, more than anything, I wanted this to be the point in my life that I changed my way of thinking and ultimately changed my lifestyle.
The new diet and exercise regime to which I had committed would be more than just a way to fit into a dress, I decided. It would, instead, mark a completely new chapter in my life; one in which I was the priority and my health came first.
In helping me set and achieve goals I turned to a friend who I very much admired in terms of her commitment to her own health. She stuck to a very tight regime of healthy eating and fitness, but she also included colloidal silver as part of her day to day schedule. Colloidal silver, as I found out from her, is a mixture of pure silver that has been suspended in water. She drinks colloidal silver every day, which, she says, allows silver to be delivered directly to the cells of her body where it does its best work. In fact, she says that silver has always been relied upon through the generations as a natural healer and preventative. She says that colloidal silver helps support the body’s immune system, fights off infection, and allows the body to heal faster.
I have taken her advice – and her lead – by incorporating colloidal silver into my own daily plan to help support my body and promote my overall good health – in time for the reunion and much beyond.
