Using Colloidal Silver: Nature’s Antibiotic

It’s funny how modern man always tries to beat Mother Nature. Today, there are millions of pharmaceuticals and medicines designed and created to relieve symptoms, treat viruses, bacteria and conditions, and yet 21st century man is now growing immune to many such man-made antibiotics. Not only that, but we have now managed to create ’super bugs’ that are completely immune to many types of medications and antibiotics. Many such substances are also toxic if mixed with other medications or drugs, and the dangers of interactions between them are high.

Many antibiotics attack and destroy a handful of germs or bacteria, and once the body is immune to their effects, what to do? Many people are looking to the past for answers, and to Mother Nature. Silver, one of the most basic metals on the planet, has been used for thousands of years to treat wounds, germs, and bacteria. Since ancient times, silver has been used as Nature’s natural antibiotic, disinfectant and all around germ fighter. Why haven’t you heard about it? More than likely, because society in general would rather deal with drugs and medications designed by major pharmaceutical manufacturing companies around the world.

However, unlike many antibiotics in popular usage today, colloidal silver is not toxic to any multi-celled organisms, no matter where they are found in the body. Colloidal silver doesn’t interact with the good bacteria in our bodies and doesn’t cause toxic overload or side effects common with most modern drugs. Colloidal silver works against bacteria, infection and viruses by literally sucking the oxygen out of single-celled organisms, of which bacteria and viruses belong. Simply put, colloidal silver suffocates oxygen-metabolizing enzymes in such cells and kills them in a very short period of time.

Unlike modern antibiotics, the use of colloidal silver as a potent germ fighter won’t fall prey to resistance from the body. It also doesn’t harm naturally occurring bacteria and enzymes in the body, so interaction concerns are nonexistent, as is a worry of building up immunity to the metal. Bottom line: colloidal silver doesn’t react to anything in human tissues, organs or systems other than the oxygen metabolizing process of common germs, viruses and bacteria.

When it comes to fighting disease today, it’s worth considering the use of something that has been around for thousands of years. If that doesn’t speak for itself, nothing will.
